Both positive (Al) and negative (Cu) can be notched by laser which greatly contributes to securing material flexibility and reducing maintenance costs compared to conventional punched mold notches.
Cutter is equipment uses 500W~6kW high-power fiber laser and EO TECHNICS has much performance of mass-production exports in domestic and abroad. (especially Japan)
It is used for pipe cutting Metal & Non-metal sheet(Steel, AI, SUS, Cu, Ti, Mo, Ceramic) from thin to thick of various materials.

Glass cutting

Glass cutter is for cutting machine with 40W ~ 50W ps laser.
It provides cutting solution for sapphire, tempered and untempered glass over 20㎛ thickness with high-power ultra-short pulsed lasers.

Laser welding

Laser power for welding uses Fiber(CW) 500W~6kW & Fiber(DDL) 1kW~6kW.
Welding for scattered reflection material or required minimized spatter uses dual beam core 4~6kW to have best welding quality.
EO TECHNICS welding system are used in various ways for non-ferrous metal welding, as well as Al + SUS.

It melts a part of parent metal with heat source and welds.

This is welding equipment of 500W ~2kW laser for bonding similar or dissimilar metal & non-metal such as AL, SUS, Cu, Ni.
It provides welding solution for secondary battery electrode, bus bar, cell phone vibrating motor, pipe and etc.

Plastic welding

It is equipped with 50W to 500W direct diode laser unit.
Attached two plastic materials are welded by laser beam. The system ensures high bond strength, water-proof function and lightweight welding.
It is used for all sized applications such as vehicle back-up cameras and secondary battery case.

Window bonding

Window bonding is 20W ~ 100W diode laser-based system.
It provides bonding solutions for cover windows of smartphone and smart watch by using new cover window bonding technology.

Laser soldering

Laser soldering uses filler materials of solder melted below 450℃, which inosculates assembled or adjoining parts through capillary action.
- Generally used in various material soldering in the electronics industry field.
- High-speed operation with automated equipment
It uses 30W ~ 100W Diode laser. The multi beam feature improves the soldering speed, and the coaxial vision adjusts the soldering position.
It provides soldering solution for automobile PCB, measuring instrument, semiconductor reflow, camera module and etc

3D marking

3D marker enables to mark on complex 3-dimensional figures such as intenna for smart phone, electronic parts for automobiles, electrical terminals and pipe shapes.
